Apple launched iPad Mini 8 inch Tablet

Apple finally launched its low size tablet to compete in the market with low size 7 inch tablets. This tablet is only 7.2mm thin and wider as 7.9 inch (20cm) with a very light weight of 308 gram (for wifi only model).

With reduced weight and size it’s a definitely competitor of Google Nexus 7 , Samsung Tab 2 and Amazon Kindle Fire.

iPad mini led backlit screen has resolution of 1024×768 pixel at 163 ppi same as iPad 2. iPad Mini has a 5MP iSight Camera that is similar to bigger iPads but picture taken is more as easy due to smaller size. Video can be made with 1080p with impressive quality.

iPad mini runs over A5 dual core 1GHz processor and with iOS 6 platform. It supports LTE so that you can use 4G network over it. And 5GHz wifi makes it super fast web browsing experience with compatible wifi routers.

Final words-

iPad mini is definitely a high pack wonderful tablet with thinner size and low weight in 7 inch tablet range. But it is very costlier with its rivals like Google Nexus 7 ($199), Samsung Tab 2 (Rs. 19000) and Kindle Fire at a price tag of  $329. It can be said that price does matter so that is may not produce any threat to low priced Android tablets competitors already available in market. Apple should think about to reduce the price otherwise it may lose its market shares as Samsung already ahead on Apple in last quarter products sells.
