Call back option missing in Galaxy S3 notification bar (resolved)

You may have noticed that call back and message option has suddenly disappear in notification bar in your galaxy s3 and there is no settings to return back it again.

I have searched many forums about this bug and also googled too much but didn’t get any answer and one day I suddenly resolved it myself. The problem that was preventing to appear this option was a sticky notification in notification bar e.g. any alarm notification that    comes always, any antivirus or battery saver apps sticky notification.

To resolve the issue clear all notifications and also remove sticky notification from concern apps notification settings and uncheck the option that allows an apps to show sticky notification.

And again you will get the option for missed call like call back and message back to missed call.
