How to add save as pdf button in MS Office 2007 or higher

In MS Office 2007 and higher version you can directly convert a word or excel file to pdf without any third party pdf converter or pdf printer. In MS office 2007 if you don’t found save as pdf or xps you can download this add-in from here. In MS office 2010 or higher it is already inbuilt you do not need to install this add in.

If you have to convert too many files continuously using save as pdf ; you found this annoying every time click on file tab than save as tab than select as pdf.  You can add save as pdf /xps  button into your quick access toolbar of word/excel file in MS office 2007/10.

Click on dropdown icon in quick access toolbar than click on more command , now select in choose commands from “all command”. Now click on publish as pdf or xps now add this to tool bar.

Next time you can directly convert your files to pdf just a single click. See the pictures below-
