Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 tablets launched in India

Samsung on Thursday launched Galaxy Tab 3 range tablets one is 7 inch model Galaxy Tab 3 (211) another is 8 inch model Tab 3 (311) with voice and data and second one is wifi only without calling facility.

Galaxy Tab 3 7 inch launched at price tag of Rs. 17,745/- available at Flipkart at Rs. 17099/- , Tab 3 8 inch model with wifi and 3G with calling launched at Rs. 25,725/- and wifi only model released at 21945/- both are available at Flipkart at Rs. 24, 799 and 21,945/-.

Take a look over specifications of these models –

Galaxy Tab 3 7 inch (211) – It runs over 1.2 GHz dual core processor with 1GB RAM and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. It has 8 GB internal storage, which can be expanded up to 32 GB. So hardware wise Tab 3 7 inch not impressed as only 1.2 GHz processor changed in place of 1 GHz dual core and also internal memory has been reduced to 8GB that was 16 GB in earlier Galaxy Tab 2.

Galaxy Tab 3 8 inch (311) – It runs over latest android 4.2 Jellybean, also hardware wise it is more impressive than the 7 inch model. It has 1.5 GHz dual core processor, 1.5GB RAM, 5MP main camera and 1.9 inch secondary camera. A better battery provided in Galaxy Tab 3 8 inch with 4450 mAh capacity.
