Airtel Smart drive – A paid navigation app launched by Airtel
Airtel has launched Airtel Smart drive a paid navigation apps for their customers. Using Airtel smart drive you can navigate search Places of Interest and search the maps. Using Airtel smartdrive you can also get traffic updates live on your mobile.
Airtel, with the launch of Airtel Smart Drive, becomes the first operator in the country to offer such a product giving real time traffic flow information along with other valuable information.
Airtel customers can download the Airtel smart drive app from www.airtellive.com/smartdrive using their mobile or by sending SMS smart to 54321. Following are the subscription charges for Airtel Smart Drive

As Google already started free voice navigation service in India then it is not seems appropriate that customer have to pay for this service for navigation, It would be ok if Airtel provide this service free to their customer.
