हिन्दी मे टाइप करे- Microsoft Indic Language Input Tool in Windows 10

If you are facing problem to type in Hindi in Windows 10, Microsoft Indic Language Input Tool can be useful for you. In our previous post we have elaborate that Google has now revoked Google Hindi Input Tool support for Windows.

Microsoft is now provided similar Input Tool as like Google Hindi Input Tool, where we can type in English and it will converted to Hindi. For example ‘preshan’ become “प्रेषण”. Also during typing it will show the available words in Hindi.

How to download and setup Microsoft Indic Language Input Tool (MILIT)

To download MILIT go to this link BhashaIndia , where you will find many download packages for Windows 10/8/7. MILIT is available for 10 Indian languages viz. Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Punjabi, Oriya, Marathi, Malayalam, Kannada, Gujrati and Bengali.

If you don’t have language pack installed in your PC, you have to first install your desired language pack using settings of Windows. Thereafter install the Language Input Tool. After installing you will see MILIT option on language selector icon in task bar.

Now to test open any MS Word document and type your desired Hindi Words. You can now type in Hindi just like Google Hindi Input IME.
